Buying and Ordering
PLACING YOUR ORDER:
PayPal, LayBuy, Zip, Google Pay and Part Pay are available on the website, and Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted. Online bank transfer is also available. Full payment must be recieved before an order will be started or shipped.
WHOLESALE AND CUSTOM ORDERS:
If you have a dream accessory or jewellery item for a special occasion or child, I am happy to customise your orders or to create something completely unique.
I am also more than happy to chat with you regarding wholesale orders.

TURNAROUND TIME:
"Ready To Send" items are typically packaged and ready for shipping or collection within 2-3 working days.
"Made To Order" items usually take 5 -7 working days to be made and packaged for shipping or collection. Custom order items may require more time.
These timeframes may vary, especially during busy times such as the lead up to Christmas, and during school holidays.
If your order is urgent, please touch base to discuss your needs before heading to the checkout; I'll do my very best to make it happen for you.

SHIPPING:
Typically Ruby + Bear uses Parcel Post via the NZ Post Rural Delivery Service whose delivery target is 5 working days from collection.
Alternative shipping options are available at the checkout. Free local pickup may be available by arrangement.
